Here is a great opportunity for people interested in Animation and the art of animation!
We are looking for a person who can help us passionately build the Animation Community in India.

Position Summary:

Being the face of Asifa India to build and nurture a community.
The Asifa coordinator is responsible for facilitating and organizing various activities like CG Meetups and IAD.
To establish a smooth flow of communication between the speakers, sponsors and other service providers to execute the event with utmost professionalism.
Should be passionate about animation and meeting students and professionals from the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and organize Monthly CG Meetup’s in Mumbai and other cities across India.
2. Planning and execution of Annual Event: IAD
3. Communicate with Speakers, Sponsors and Vendors, to co-ordinate coordinate for various events and activities National and at International level.
4. Help in design and conceptualization of events: mailers, posters, mascot designs.
5. Maintain Database of all the contacts.
6. Maintain expenses and help in Auditing for Asifa accounts along with our chartered accountant.
7. Create detailed schedules with short term, mid term and long term deadlines and communicate them.
8. Maintain Asifa related and event specific web pages on our website with details of current work status.

Personal Attributes:

1. Highly organized person.
2. Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
3. Must have a positive “can do” attitude.
4. Strong office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop)

Who can Apply?:

• Passionate people with some industry experience can apply
• Should have an understanding about Animation Industry, experience would be an advantage.
• Candidates living in the western suburbs are more preferred as our office is in Goregoan west.

The candidate will be working out of the Rhythm & Hues Facility in Mumbai.
Rhythm & Hues is an Oscar Winning Visual effects Studio and we are lending operational space in their Goregaon Facility.
